30 day same as cash returns policy means if you return your purchased product with defected or damaged and can prove it was not your fault you will receive a full refund if it was some what your fault a partial refund maybe granted. depending on situation. if you want to just exchange product that is what is recommended for all purchases, if you just changed your mind on a purchase just be honest i will just honor your refund anyway.
